when this news becomes more and more public due to the discovery, government may have no other choice but to settle with the investors, may allow FNMA/FMCC to recapitalize?

Another big advocate of Preservation and recapitalization of GSE. It seems like more and more pressure is now on the agenda of GSE reform. Quite positive for the stock of FNMA and FMCC.
