Don’t believe the hype of $25 bn bank martgage settlement

Remember people last year were so much concerned about the possible trillions or hundreds of billions of dollars mortgage settlement on BAC?

Guess what? Boom, we had the $25 bn bank martgage settlement.

The number will become just tens of billions. If you take into account that BAC has the $36 bn in reserves plus another $30 bn of cash flowing each year, those numbers are non-issue at all.

This is probably why price of BAC jumped up so much so far this year.
